NOW HIRING: REGIONAL SAFETY MANAGER

NJ | Travel: 35–40% | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

1. Deliver engaging onboarding + ongoing safety training
2. Investigate accidents & injuries (and get hands-on with ride-alongs)
3. Participate in compliance audits & DQ file oversight
4. Partner with operations to build a proactive safety culture
5. Analyze safety data, scorecards, and driver behavior to drive results
6. Ensure emergency plans, facility assessments, shop inspections, and safety goals are on point

What You Bring:

1. Deep knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, PHMSA, EPA regs
2. Experience leading safety programs in transportation or logistics
3. Strong communication and coaching skills—you know how to rally a team
4. Attention to detail meets big-picture thinking
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & safety tracking software
