Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across a multi-state territory (CA, OR, WA, AZ). The role emphasizes preventing injuries, implementing training, and maintaining regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on proactive safety culture.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and certifications such as CSP/ASP/CHST are preferred. Remote work within California with about 50% travel, compensation range $90,000–$135,000, and strong MS Office proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred).
• CSP, ASP, CHST are preferred certifications.
• OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations knowledge and safety administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of safety trends to adapt to changing environments.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve safety.
• Manage safety region to prevent injuries and illnesses.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for construction/manufacturing.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
