Job summary

Core Scientific, Inc. seeks a Regional Safety Manager to implement and lead health, safety, and environmental programs across data centers and construction projects.

You will serve as the primary safety resource, ensuring OSHA compliance and proactive risk management while partnering with Operations, Security, HR, Facilities, and contractors. This role requires strong safety leadership, developing site-specific safety plans, mentoring leaders on hazard recognition and incident investigations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in data centers or similar.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs across multiple facilities.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate injuries and near-misses and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams.
