Responsibilities

• Own the safety strategy and lifecycle for a multi-cluster data center portfolio.
• Lead and develop a team of Health & Safety Managers across sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, training, and risk assessments.
• Analyze safety metrics, prepare MBR/QBR narratives, and address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with security, facilities, legal, and operations to drive safety improvements.
• Lead investigations with IRB-compliant narratives and escalation for high-severity events.
• Travel regularly across geographically distributed data centers.
