Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementing and managing safety programs for commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and LOTO requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety objectives aligning with company strategy.
• Implement safety training across the region and maintain high-quality content.
• Conduct regional safety meetings, audits, and hazard mitigation.
• Mentor site teams and lead safety pre-construction planning.
• Oversee risk management, incident investigations, and compliance.
