Goodfellow Bros. (GBI) seeks a Regional Safety Manager to promote a safe work environment across the Kapolei region. You will lead Safety Specialists, enforce the Safety & Health Manual, and coordinate with the Safety Department to uphold standards across projects.

You will manage training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance while partnering with project teams to minimize risks and protect workers and the public.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in occupational safety, preferably construction.
• CHST certification required; CSP/GSP/ASP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and support Safety Specialists regionally for compliance.
• Implement and oversee the Safety & Health Manual and training records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and workers’ compensation.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and manage project safety requirements.
• Develop safety strategies and incident investigations for prevention.
• Collect and analyze safety data to identify improvement opportunities.
