Job summary

BNBuilders, Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to oversee the corporate safety program and regional safety professionals across multiple construction sites. The role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and proactive safety culture in a dynamic environment.

The position reports to the Safety Director and requires extensive field experience, CHST certification, and a proven track record of implementing safety programs that reduce risk and injury across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years construction industry experience.
• Current CHST certification.
• Current First Aid/CPR training.
• In-depth understanding of local and federal safety regulations for the construction industry.
• Experience overseeing industrial hygiene and fire protection programs.

Responsibilities

• Exercise general supervision of multiple job sites to monitor and manage projects during each phase of construction.
• Manage and assign safety professionals based on the region's project workload.
• Assist with the development and revision of the corporate safety manual.
• Participate in preconstruction and preparatory meetings.
• Evaluate project needs for frequency of site audits.
• Distribute and analyze leading indicators for program evaluation.
• Oversee incident documentation and root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Lead development of risk mitigation tools and safety training programs.
