Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a Regional Safety Superintendent to lead safety programs across multiple sites in the Beaverton, OR region. You will analyze safety data, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will conduct inspections, investigations, and training, collaborating with regional teams to promote a proactive safety culture and precise documentation across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent.
• Experience in safety management within construction or utility industries.
• Pre-Employment drug screen, background and MVR checks may be required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with thorough documentation.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure OSHA compliance across regions.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop and execute safety initiatives.
• Maintain records of safety audits, trainings, and incident reports.
• Provide technical guidance and field support to ensure best practices.
