Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Regional Safety Superintendent to lead safety program enhancements across our Beaverton operations. You will analyze practices, update procedures, and drive risk reduction while ensuring OSHA compliance and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, coordinating safety training, leading investigations, and mentoring field teams on safe work methods to protect crew members and reduce incidents across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety management within construction/utility environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to analyze safety data and implement strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with proper documentation.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure OSHA compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with regional management to implement safety initiatives.
• Maintain records of safety audits, training, and incident reports.
• Mentor forepersons and assist with onboarding and safety orientation.
