Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a Regional Safety Superintendent to lead safety programs across our regional operations in the United States. You will analyze health and safety systems, drive hazard abatement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role guides training, investigations, audits, and documentation, partnering with regional management to advance a strong safety culture and proactive risk management. Travel is required to multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety management within construction or utility industries.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and MVR checks may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with proper documentation.
• Oversee implementation of safety training programs and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop safety initiatives.
• Maintain records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident reports.
• Assist with hazard analyses and corrective actions.
