Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a Regional Safety Superintendent to lead safety programs across sites, improve hazard controls, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will analyze safety data, guide investigations, and drive proactive risk reduction while coordinating with regional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of OSHA regulations, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with proper documentation.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop and execute safety initiatives.
• Maintain records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident reports.
