Job summary

Asplundh in McMinnville, OR is seeking a Regional Safety Superintendent to lead and enhance workplace health and safety programs across multiple sites. You will evaluate safety management systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive hazard abatement and proactive risk management initiatives.

You will provide expert guidance to field teams, oversee safety training and incident investigations, ensure OSHA and internal compliance, and maintain accurate safety records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional management to drive safety initiatives.
• Provide technical safety guidance to field teams and maintain records.
• Monitor and distribute safety audit data and reports.
