Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a Regional Safety Superintendent to lead safety programs across multiple sites. You will analyze and enhance workplace health and safety measures, drive hazard abatement initiatives, and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include inspections, incident investigations, safety training oversight, and collaboration with regional teams to strengthen safety culture and reporting practices.

Qualifications

• Robust knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for reports and presentations.
• Ability to analyze safety data and implement strategic improvements.
• Ability to establish effective workgroups and foster team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site inspections to identify and correct safety hazards.
• Lead accident, incident, and near‑miss investigations with proper documentation.
• Oversee safety training programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop safety initiatives.
• Maintain records of safety audits, training, and incident reports.
• Support incident investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
