EMR is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and strengthen the Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) program across multiple facilities. You will drive regulatory compliance, promote employee wellbeing, and foster a strong safety culture by partnering with regional leadership and site managers.

The role requires overseeing safety initiatives, conducting audits, coordinating onboarding and training, and supporting incident investigations to identify root causes and preventative actions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel regularly between regional locations – up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional safety and health initiatives and policies as part of EMR’s SHE program.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, and job observations to identify hazards and prevent workplace injuries.
• Coordinate safety onboarding for new employees and provide ongoing safety training and guidance to employees and site managers.
• Support incident investigations, identify root causes, and develop preventative strategies.
• Monitor safety performance and maintain required documentation.
• Work closely with regional leadership, management and other SHE team members to address safety concerns, improve safety performance, and promote employee involvement in safety initiatives

Position Summary

As a Safety Manager at EMR, you’ll play a key role in supporting and strengthening EMR’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) program. In this role, you’ll oversee safety and health initiatives across multiple facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting employee well‑being, and building a strong safety culture. You’ll work closely with regional leadership, site managers, and other members of the SHE team to support these efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or other professional safety certifications
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Compensation and Benefits

• $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary
