Job summary

EMR Group in Minnesota is seeking an Environmental Manager to support and strengthen our SHE program across the Northern Region. You will oversee environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with regional leadership to promote environmental responsibility.

This role travels regularly to regional locations, leads audits, provides training, and drives continuous improvement in environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental rules.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional environmental programs, policies and initiatives as part of EMR’s SHE program.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations, permits, and reporting requirements
• Monitor environmental performance and maintain required reports and documentation
• Conduct site visits and environmental audits to support environmental compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and training to employees on environmental policies and practices
• Partner with regional leadership, management, and other SHE team members to address environmental concerns and improve compliance across regional locations.
