Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related safety experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated experience administering safety programs across multiple projects or jobsites, preferably within utility or construction operations.
• Proven leadership experience supervising, coaching, and developing safety professionals or field teams.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety practices, incident investigation, corrective-action processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and successfully complete required background screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No employer sponsorship is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee safety programs across the assigned region.
• Perform audits and inspections of work areas and provide safety expertise.
• Supervise and develop Safety Coordinators and regional safety professionals.
• Audit jobsite safety reports and verify implementation of safety elements.
• Conduct and follow up on accident investigations and corrective actions.
• Partner with regional leadership to implement strategic safety plans and actions.
• Identify hazardous conditions and verify corrective actions are completed.
• Track regional safety metrics and report to leadership.
