Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related safety experience and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, Environmental, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated experience administering safety programs across multiple projects or jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee multiple project safety programs across the assigned region.
• Perform audits and inspections of work areas and provide safety expertise.
• Supervise and develop Safety Coordinators and regional safety professionals.
• Audit jobsite safety reports and verify implementation of safety elements.
• Conduct and follow up on accident investigations with corrective actions.
• Set strategic safety plans with regional leadership and monitor KPIs.
• Track regional safety metrics and report results to leadership.
• Support emergency situations and assist with fire protection and grounding systems.
