Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking a Regional Safety Director for the Rocky Mountain Region. You will lead safety programs, partner with corporate EHS, and drive implementation across multiple projects while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes incident investigation, regulatory knowledge, and developing a strong safety culture across field teams in Colorado and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, health, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CSP or CHST are preferred but not required.
• Minimum 10–15 years of safety experience in construction or mechanical industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety program strategy, governance, and regional execution across Rocky Mountain operations.
• Plan, implement, and monitor safety initiatives, training, and incident response.
• Conduct audits, manage corrective actions, and coordinate with regulators and inspectors.
• Mentor site safety staff, promote a proactive safety culture, and drive continuous improvement.
