Qualifications

• 5+ years safety experience.
• Ability to obtain CUSP Certification within one year.
• Operate vehicles in mountainous terrain.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Proficient with email, document creation, and safety communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Contractor safety program implementation.
• Complete safety observations and document findings.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Provide safety leadership for grid enhancement projects.
• Verify compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety requirements are clear to contractors.
• Represent the utility client in meetings.
• Prepare clear, concise reports.
• Reinforce safety culture with field crews.
