Job summary

RoofConnect is seeking a Regional Account Manager to develop and manage client relationships across a geographic region. You will identify new opportunities, educate clients on our roofing solutions, and drive revenue growth while maintaining an active pipeline. The role requires proactive sales planning and strong CRM discipline.

You will lead presentations, manage a regional client portfolio, and travel as needed to meet with clients and expand the company footprint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in B2B sales with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients within the assigned region and build long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute a proactive regional sales strategy to generate leads and growth.
• Educate clients on service offerings and present tailored roofing solutions.
• Document all sales activity in Salesforce and manage leads and opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of regional accounts to ensure retention and revenue growth.
• Analyze regional sales trends and revenue data to support planning.
• Travel up to 25% for client engagement and networking.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and support teams to align services.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.
