Job summary

LVI Associates in Sparks, Nevada seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize its Northern Nevada roofing operation. You will oversee field teams, drive profitability, ensure safety, and collaborate with executive leadership to scale operations.

The role requires strategic leadership with hands-on execution, building scalable processes, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience within commercial roofing, waterproofing, or related construction operations.
• Proven experience overseeing commercial roofing operations, project management teams, and field personnel.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR) and waterproofing/building envelope systems.
• Experience managing operational processes, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial construction operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and create accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the Northern Nevada roofing operation.
• Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Drive operational performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Hold managers and departments accountable for performance, quality, safety, and company standards.
• Support recruiting, hiring, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
