Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Must be able to use a GPS/Technology System and understand roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple locations to drive operational excellence.
• Analyze branch locations to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with railroad customers.

Skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Proficient in all PTI used software such as DriveCam, Trimble, and Crew

Valid state driver's license

5+ years of verifiable driving experience

Ability to read, write, and converse in English

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree
