Job summary

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration LLC is seeking a Regional Production Manager to oversee production operations across multiple locations within a defined region. You will drive efficiency, quality, safety, and cost management while leading production managers and teams to meet regional goals.

The role requires strong leadership, construction industry knowledge, and the ability to travel within the region to align schedules with demand and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

5+ years in production or operations management
Experience in multi-site/regional leadership preferred
Strong knowledge of construction industry quality systems
Proven leadership, communication and team development skills

Responsibilities

Oversee production operations across multiple locations in the region
Develop and implement strategies to meet production goals and quality standards
Monitor KPIs for efficiency, quality, safety, and cost
Lead and mentor production teams; support Branch Managers and align with supply chain, logistics and sales
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and waste reduction
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare reports for senior leadership
Standardize best practices across plants for consistency and efficiency
Act as liaison between locations and corporate leadership
Travel within the region as needed
