Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Reno, NV seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead staff and resources, and drive efficiency and safety. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure customer service excellence while maintaining policy compliance.

The role requires a strong background in landscaping or construction, 7+ years in the field, and 2–3 years of management experience. Proficiency in MS Office and field systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a landscape or business-related field, or equivalent experience in a service-based industry
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within the landscape or service industry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and company systems
• Experience with mobile apps and field tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety
• Manage staff, resources and workflows to meet targets and policies
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration
• Lead process improvements in productivity, quality and cost control
• Forecast labor and manage procurement, inventory, and maintenance
• Monitor safety, audits and compliance with regulations
• Track KPIs and report operational performance to leadership
• Coordinate projects with Office Admin, Operations, Sales, and Account Management
• Ensure high customer service standards and jobsite quality
