DDP Roofing is seeking a Regional Territory Manager in Richmond, VA to drive growth by identifying roofing decision-makers, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts. You will visit customers, diagnose roofing needs, and coordinate with service teams to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in account management within roofing or related sectors, strong communication, and willingness to travel. A driver’s license and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in managing roofing accounts or portfolios.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting for sales targets.
• Independent worker with good time management in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify key roofing decision-makers and develop partnerships with DDP Roofing.
• Visit existing customers to diagnose roof problems and propose solutions.
• Research target accounts and drive business development using technology and outreach.
• Manage customer portfolios and coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM to track activities and produce reports to meet sales goals.
• Maintain productive relationships to deliver satisfaction and quality beyond expectations.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and manage projects.
