Job summary

DDP Roofing Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Territory Manager to secure key roofing accounts in the Richmond area. You will identify decision makers, build partnerships, and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver comprehensive roofing solutions.

Responsibilities include site visits, account research, and cross-functional collaboration with service and operations teams. Travel will be required, and a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in managing accounts, preferred specifically managing roofing portfolios.
• Experience in roof inspection, take-offs, and analysis is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and visual presentation of findings.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and estimations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing customers and diagnose solutions for roofing issues.
• Research and market target accounts using technology and company resources.
• Manage roofing portfolios and coordinate with service reps, teams, and operations.
• Utilize CRM to stay organized and generate reports to hit goals.
• Maintain productive relationships with customers and associates to meet company mission.
• Travel as needed to maintain relationships and manage projects.
