Job summary

Alora Supports Missouri LLC is seeking a Regional Manager / Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and operational leadership across the southern Missouri region. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and growth while supervising nursing delegation and health-related services.

Responsibilities include supervising the regional management team, training staff, and maintaining DMH standards, with extensive field-based travel and remote work.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Missouri.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field OR five years of supervisory/management experience.
• At least one year of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and nursing services in the region, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor the regional Professional Management team and support workforce development.
• Drive regional growth through networking, referrals, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure quality assurance and DMH compliance in medication administration and nursing oversight.
