Qualifications

• Active RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Team‑oriented with excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge.
• Manage care delivery and supervise personnel.
• Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations.
• Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives.
• Perform both office‑based and field duties, including home visits.
