Qualifications

• Five (5) years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• Knowledge of MO/IL regulations is a plus.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit resident records to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing leaders across regions.
• Partner with Operations leadership to mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver virtual and on-site consultation to support clinical excellence.
