Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Regional Executive Director of Care Management (RN) to provide strategic leadership across the MidAmerica Region (MAR). This full-time role manages Care Management, Care Coordination, Social Services, Utilization Management, and transitions of care for multiple facilities in Shawnee Mission, Overland Park, Lenexa and Ottawa.

The ideal candidate brings extensive acute care nursing and leadership experience, with a track record of improving outcomes, ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Minimum 10 years acute care nursing experience.
• Minimum 5 years progressive leadership in Care Management or related field.
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel the MidAmerica Region.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the MAR for Care Management and related services.
• Oversee Care Coordination, Social Services, Utilization Management, and transitions of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Use data to drive quality and financial performance in a complex health system.
