Job summary

Impact Support Services in Columbia, MO, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead health-related services for individuals served. You will provide clinical oversight, manage medication administration, and serve as a subject matter expert for staff.

The role requires Missouri RN licensure and strong communication, with opportunities to train staff on medical protocols and collaborate with program managers on action plans to ensure compliant health supports.

Qualifications

• RN license (Missouri) required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong written and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight of health and medical needs, including medication administration and inventory.
• Lead DSPs and provide nursing delegations and direct care when required.
• Educate staff on medical protocols and health orders; conduct training for CPR/First Aid and related certifications.
• Maintain Medicaid-compliant billing, review MARs, HRST assessments, and AIMS reviews.
• Collaborate with CMRO nursing reviews and program managers to implement Nursing Review Action Plans.
• Participate in planning meetings to integrate health goals into daily support.
