LCS is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services to lead compliance, training, and clinical program implementation across our managed communities. The role requires RN licensure and experience in Assisted Living, with oversight of clinical standards, billing integration, and regulatory adherence.

Based in Michigan with travel, you will collaborate with administrators and DONs, develop training programs, and support corporate compliance initiatives while promoting quality care for

Qualificações

• Must have a valid registered nursing license.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Assisted Living communities.
• Director of Nursing and multi-site consulting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Assisted Living regulations and documentation requirements.
• Ability to tie all clinical support to billing.
• Ability to develop training programs, and benchmarks for Administrators and DONs.
• Must be able to evaluate and respond to the needs of staff, clients, residents, and families.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor/audit assigned communities for ongoing compliance with State and Federal regulations and nursing practice standards.
• Develop and implement action plans from survey data, plans of correction, and QA reports.
• Establish policies, procedures and practices with nursing and admin staff as needed.
• Participate in community clinical admin staff interviews as requested by LCS leaders.
• Maintain accurate and validated expense reports per company policy.
• Support OIG Corporate Compliance Program and HIPAA compliance.
• Write accurate, quantifiable reports with clear action plans for communities.
• Collaborate with ancillary providers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services.
• Analyze clinical data and suggest improvements in outcomes.
• Assist in training and education for clinical systems and programs.
