Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced RME Technician Academy Regional Manager to lead a team of Field Trainers across a regional network, driving technical training programs for MHE and automated systems and aligning delivery with operational goals. The role requires travel up to 80%, strong leadership and data-driven mindset, and a track record in maintenance and safety.

Qualifications

MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience leading and developing teams in a technical environment.
Hands-on background with predictive and preventive maintenance and MHE systems.
Strong safety culture and compliance experience.
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of RME Technical Trainers across a regional network.
Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of technical training for MHE and automated systems.
Partner with site/regional leadership to identify skill gaps and align training with business goals.
Track training metrics, analyze effectiveness data, and drive continuous improvement.
