Job summary

Aspen Technology is seeking a Regional Revenue Operations Director to drive predictable, sustainable growth across the region. You will partner with regional executives and global stakeholders to align sales, marketing, and customer success operations, strengthen planning and forecasting, and scale processes, insights, and tools to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales/revenue operations or related strategic function with people leadership.
• Proven ability to link operational execution to business outcomes and create scalable roadmaps.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting, performance management, and ROI analysis.
• Advanced analytics, problem-solving, and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience across marketing, sales, and customer success with SaaS or services models.
• Expertise in CRM, sales engagement, reporting and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape regional go-to-market strategies and annual revenue plans.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements from lead to cash across the region.
• Own regional forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline governance.
• Develop scalable reporting for pipeline velocity, conversion, and retention.
• Guide data-driven decision-making on targeting, investments, and growth.
• Promote consistent use of sales methodology, processes, and governance.
• Build and develop the regional Revenue Operations team and drive adoption.
