Job summary

Aspen Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr Director, Regional Revenue Operations to accelerate growth across the region.

You will partner with regional executives to align sales, marketing and customer success, improve planning and forecasting, and scale processes, insights, and tools to enable peak performance. You will translate data into action, standardize best practices, and lead a regional Revenue Operations team focused on execution, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales or revenue operations with leadership.
• Experience linking operational execution to business outcomes.
• Strong forecasting, financial modeling and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape regional go-to-market strategies and revenue plans.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements across the customer lifecycle.
• Own regional forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline governance.
• Establish performance measures and scalable reporting for revenue metrics.
• Use data/financial analysis to guide targeting and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop the regional Revenue Operations team.
