Job summary

Aspen Technology is seeking a Regional Revenue Operations Director to accelerate predictable, sustainable growth across the Houston region. You will partner with regional executives and global stakeholders to align sales, marketing, and customer success operations, strengthen planning and forecasting, and scale processes, insights, and tools to enable teams to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales or revenue operations with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.
• Strong forecasting, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
• Experience with CRM, sales engagement, reporting, and data viz tools.
• Proficiency in English; excellent executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape regional strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Lead end-to-end revenue operations processes across lifecycle.
• Own regional forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline governance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for revenue metrics.
• Lead and develop the regional Revenue Operations team.
• Drive change management and adoption of tools and processes.
