Job summary

Landing is seeking a Regional Revenue Manager to set rates across a portfolio of markets in Birmingham. You will own pricing decisions, balance occupancy with demand, and collaborate with GMs and the supply team to optimize performance.

You will use AI tools and advanced spreadsheets to model scenarios, monitor RevPAR, and adjust strategies. This role offers relocation support and a clear path for internal growth within the pricing team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on revenue management or pricing experience where you set the rates yourself.
• Strong spreadsheet skills used to make pricing calls.
• Familiarity with pricing dynamics: comp sets, seasonality, length of stay.
• Willingness to relocate to Birmingham and work from HQ.

Responsibilities

• Set regional RevPAR and occupancy targets against plan.
• Make rate decisions for markets based on comp sets, seasonality, and events.
• Manage length of stay rules, extension pricing, and monthly rates.
• Position channels (Direct vs OTA) and run promotions for your region.
• Identify underperforming units and coordinate fixes with GM and supply team.
• Forecast weekly direction and implement changes quickly.
• Explain pricing decisions clearly to GMs and partners.
