Job summary

Landing is seeking an Associate Revenue Manager to own pricing for a region of our portfolio. You’ll set rates, manage length of stay, and decide channels and promotions. Your RevPAR is your scorecard, and you’ll move quickly to fix issues in your markets.

Relocation to Birmingham is available with reimbursement, and you’ll collaborate with local GMs and the pricing team daily. You’ll use AI tools and strong forecasting to stay ahead.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on revenue management or pricing experience where you set the rates yourself.
• Experience with pace, comp sets, displacement, length of stay restrictions, and rate parity.
• Agency experience and ability to take an unclear problem with incomplete data and decide quickly.
• Comfort being measured by RevPAR across the company.
• AI fluency; use tools like Claude daily.
• Strong spreadsheet skills for pricing decisions.
• Willing to relocate to Birmingham and work on-site with the pricing team.

Responsibilities

• Set rates for your region based on comp sets, seasonality, and local events.
• Manage the right mix of short and long stays, including minimum stay rules and extension pricing.
• Decide direct vs. OTA channels, price parity, and promo participation for your region.
• Identify underperforming units and collaborate with GMs and the supply team to fix.
• Forecast weekly; assess where the region is heading and make necessary changes.
• Explain pricing decisions to GMs and property partners in plain language.
