Job summary

Landing is seeking a Pricing Strategy Associate to own pricing for a region of its portfolio from Birmingham HQ. You’ll decide rate, stay length, channels, and promotions, with RevPAR as your scorecard.

You won’t need a revenue-management background; you’ll learn hospitality pricing on the job and apply sharp numeric thinking to real business decisions. Relocation support up to $5,000 is available as you join the team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a numbers-heavy role with decision impact.
• Experience setting prices or targets in pricing/strategy roles.
• Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills.
• AI fluency with tools like Claude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set prices and occupancy for your markets against plan.
• Make rate decisions based on competition, seasonality, and events.
• Manage length of stay and monthly rate mix.
• Explain pricing decisions to GMs and partners in plain language.
• Forecast weekly regional trends and trigger changes as needed.
• Collaborate with GM and supply teams to fix underperforming units.
