Job summary

Landing, Inc. is seeking a Regional Revenue Manager to set rates across a portfolio of markets. You will determine pricing, manage length of stay, and select channels to optimize RevPAR.

You’ll work directly with GMs and the pricing team, own weekly forecasts, and communicate pricing decisions clearly. Relocation to Birmingham is supported.

This role offers visibility, fast impact, and room to grow as the pricing function scales.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on revenue management or pricing experience with rate-setting responsibilities.
• Experience with pace, comp sets, displacement, length of stay restrictions, and rate parity.
• Agency mindset: ability to decide with incomplete data and act quickly.
• Comfort with RevPAR being visible across the company.
• AI fluency with Claude or similar tools.
• Strong spreadsheet skills for data-driven pricing decisions.
• Willing to relocate to Birmingham and work from HQ daily.

Responsibilities

• Set regional rates and occupancy targets for your markets based on comp sets, seasonality, and events.
• Decide length of stay rules, extension pricing, and monthly rates for each market.
• Manage direct vs. OTA channels, rate parity, and promotion participation for your region.
• Identify underperforming units and coordinate with GM and supply to fix pricing, photos, location, or asset quality.
• Forecast and pace: weekly outlook and plan adjustments for the region.
• Explain pricing decisions to GMs and property partners in plain language.
