Job summary

Landing is seeking a Pricing Strategy Associate to set prices for a region of its portfolio and own the results. You will decide rates, length of stays, booking channels, and promotions, with RevPAR as your primary scorecard. You don't need a revenue management background—we'll teach the hospitality side, and you’ll learn by doing.

Relocation reimbursement up to $5,000 is offered. Birmingham HQ, with daily collaboration with pricing and supply teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a numbers-heavy role where analysis led to real decisions.
• You have set prices, valuations, bids, or targets and owned the result.
• Agency orientation: ability to take unclear problems and decide quickly.
• Comfort being measured with visible results across the company.
• Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills.
• AI fluency: experience with tools like Claude or eagerness to learn.
• Curiosity about pricing and hospitality and willingness to relocate to Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue: Prices and occupancy for your markets against plan.
• Make pricing decisions based on competition, seasonality, and local events.
• Determine length of stay mix, including minimum stays and monthly rates.
• Manage channels and promotions to ensure price consistency across sites.
• Identify underperforming units and collaborate with the GM and supply team to fix them.
• Forecast weekly trends and decide what adjustments to implement.
• Explain pricing decisions clearly to GMs and partners.
