Job summary

Landing, Inc. is seeking an Associate Revenue Manager in Birmingham to own pricing for a regional portfolio. You will set rates, manage length of stay, and steer channel strategy while tracking RevPAR and occupancy against plan.

Relocation up to $5,000 is available, and you’ll work with a pricing team in a high-growth environment where your decisions go live and are visible across the company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on revenue management or pricing experience where you set rates yourself.
• You work with pace, comps, displacement, length of stay restrictions, and rate parity.
• Agency mindset: able to take unclear data, decide quickly, and act.
• You understand your RevPAR is visible across the company.
• AI fluency: familiarity with Claude or willingness to start.
• Strong spreadsheet skills to back pricing calls and catch anomalies.
• Willingness to relocate to Birmingham and work from HQ daily.

Responsibilities

• Set rates for a region of Landing's portfolio and own the results.
• Decide length of stay mix, including minimum stays, extension pricing, and monthly rates.
• Determine channel strategy and promote participation for your region.
• Identify underperforming units and work with GM and supply team to fix issues.
• Forecast weekly region direction and implement changes.
• Explain pricing decisions clearly to GMs and partners.
