Concord Hospitality in Lansing, MI is seeking an Area Director of Revenue Management to optimize revenue strategies across our Lansing hotels. You will work closely with hotel teams to implement revenue management initiatives, maximize profitability, and provide insight on market trends.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with multiple revenue systems, and the ability to lead cross-property collaboration with Directors of Sales, GMs, and regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven revenue management experience in hospitality.
• Strong ability to analyze market data and forecast demand.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with hotel leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties.

Responsabilités

• Lead weekly strategy meetings to implement revenue systems.
• Review pickup, pricing, inventory, and demand patterns daily.
• Produce 60-day pace reports and present to leadership.
• Mentor hotels on promotions, seasonal demand and partnerships.
• Travel to markets to assess position and build relationships.
• Prepare STAR and Market reports for development opportunities.
• Collaborate to drive revenue across all hotel revenue centers.
