Job summary

Paychex is hiring a Paycor Client Sales Rep dedicated to cross-selling Paychex Retirement solutions to the Paycor client base. The role involves remote outreach to Paycor customers, managing the full sales cycle from discovery through closing to hit quotas.

You will present Paychex solutions via phone, email, or virtual channels, use tools to track activities and forecasts, and collaborate with the Paycor team.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of relevant sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Series 6 license required.
• Series 63 license required.
• SIE required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end sales cycle from qualifying to closing to achieve quota.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client needs and position Paychex Retirement solutions.
• Share discovery findings with other Paycor Client Sales team members; reference qualified leads for other Paychex products.
• Use technology tools to track activities and forecasts.
• Collect data to support the sales process and close deals.
• Present Paychex solutions to clients and the community with a professional image.
• Continually develop technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge.
• May travel for conferences, training sessions and area/regional/national meetings.

Overview

The Paycor Client Sales Rep is dedicated to the cross-sell of Paychex Retirement solutions to the Paycor client base. Rep responsibilities include remote outreach to Paycor customers and managing the sales cycle. They engage with customers via phone, email, or other virtual channels, to effectively conduct discovery calls, submit referrals (as applicable), close deals, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the end-to-end sales cycle from qualifying, referring, demonstrating, and closing business to achieve quota.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand Paycor clients’ evolving business needs, evaluate fit, and position the value of Paychex Retirement solutions. Design solution sets for leads, in collaboration with other product reps as needed. Present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers through virtual interactions.
• Share discovery findings with other Paycor Client Sales team members. Submit qualified lead referrals for other Paychex products to corresponding reps if better product fit.
• Use technology tools to accurately track activities and forecasts.
• Collect data to support our sales process and close deals.
• Project a positive image in representing Paychex to clients and the community.
• Continually develop technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge to effectively represent sales organization.
• May be required to travel for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area regional or national meetings.

• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $80/K Base Plus Commission. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
