Regency Centers is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations and maintenance for up to six Denver-area retail centers from our regional office in Denver, CO. You will manage financials, vendor contracts, and tenant relations while coordinating capital improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a business/real estate background and several years of property management experience, with strong MS Office and communication skills. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of operational experience in real estate.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong qualitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn programs like Nexus, JD Edwards, Engie.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, retail leasing, and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee fiscal management: A/R & A/P, operating expenses, budgets, CI budget items, and monthly/annual reports.
• Manage properties' physical performance: inspections, lease-required improvements, signage, bids, vendors.
• Maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships.
• Handle operations tasks: tenant transitions, rent relief paperwork, collections.
• Coordinate capital construction projects with construction teams and tenants.
• Invoice coding and PO process; provide billing backups to tenants.
• Create contracts for CAPS, routine maintenance, and landlord work.
• Manage portfolio utilities and related spreadsheets.
• Identify ancillary income opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
