Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. in Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser who delivers consistent service by stocking and merchandising shelves, executing planograms, and supporting resets at store level.

The role requires travel up to 95%, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently with strong organizational skills. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required and auto insurance levels meeting UNFI requirements.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in retail or distribution.
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Food-related product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and implement planograms in store; adjust sections as needed.
• Visit retailers on Home Store or Field Sales schedule to execute customer plans.
• Rotate stock, remove out-of-code products, process returns and credits.
• Interpret internal reports and complete paperwork timely.
• Engage customers to promote services and programs; display products effectively.
• Order products aligned with customer needs and assist with shelf tags and POS materials.
• Develop action plans with supervisors and meet deadlines within budget.
• Engage fully with the Professional Services Portfolio to strengthen relationships.
