Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. seeks a Retail Merchandiser to service accounts in Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. You will implement planograms, rotate stock, and support store-level merchandising programs to maximize product visibility and sales.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between accounts. Weekly pay and benefits are included with opportunities for growth within UNFI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience in Retail or Distribution.
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Food related product experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and implement planograms in store and adjust sections as needed.
• Visit retailers on Home Store or Field Sales program to execute customer plans on schedule.
• Rotate stock and process merchandise returns and credits according to policy.
• Interpret internal reports and complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Sell promotional programs and assist in displaying products and meeting customer requests.
• Maintain effective business relations with customers and UNFI stakeholders through in-person, phone, and email communications.
• Order products aligned with customer needs and display them; assist with shelf tags and POS materials.
• Develop action plans with supervision and ensure deadlines within budget.
