Premium Retail Services is seeking a Retail District Manager (Walmart) to lead a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers in the Cleveland, OH area. You will supervise field teams, drive in-store execution, and collaborate with store personnel to meet merchandising goals.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to travel and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Some college with management/supervisory experience with 2+ years industry experience.
• Prior sales agent, retail, customer service or reset responsibility.

• Lead and manage the Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team in your area.
• Develop understanding of the company’s business model and client expectations.
• Spend time in-store to understand business and project requirements.
• Manage assigned work to completion with accurate schedules."
• Assign work to the team and monitor progress and resources.
• Analyze and optimize selling effectiveness in assigned territories.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising goals.
• Ensure policy compliance and proper reporting of expenses and activities.
• Communicate territory priorities to MEI admin and use technology for reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
