Pilot Company is seeking Regional Managers to oversee travel center locations across Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West. You will drive profitable sales, lead operational support, and recruit, train, and coach a network of Managers in your region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multi-unit or regional retail leadership with P&L responsibility, strong customer service, integrity, and willingness to relocate as needed.

Qualificações

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
• Must build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
• Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed
