Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management with P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities of all stores within the assigned area, with full P&L responsibility and alignment to company objectives.
• Foster a culture that reflects Dollar General’s mission and values.
• Ensure superior customer service through store environments that are friendly and efficient.
• Drive area sales growth and optimize inventory and merchandising presentation.
• Recruit, develop, and lead store teams; communicate priorities to staff.
